📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew and prepare a variety of coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement new coffee recipes and preparation methods to keep our menu exciting and relevant.
• Ensure our café is clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide a pleasant environment for our customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the café manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing techniques, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of various coffee beans and their characteristics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional quality and service.
• Willingness to travel to coffee farms and markets to source the best beans for our café.
