📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products and other supply chain items.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the procurement team and management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
