In this role, you will be responsible for leading the tax strategy and operations for our APAC region, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies and policies for the APAC region.,Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.,Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and represent Stripe in tax-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise senior management on their impact.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.,Provide tax training and development opportunities for team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in tax leadership roles, with a focus on international tax.,Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of leading tax functions and managing tax teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team.,Knowledge of tax software and systems is a plus.
