📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies with guest accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and maintaining financial records.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts receivable reports.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Support the finance team in maintaining a clean and organized financial workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
