📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the monthly closing process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to the finance team as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
