📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Acquire and onboard new merchants for Buku Warung in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu.
Conduct market research to identify potential merchant opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase merchant acquisition.
Provide training and support to merchants to ensure they are using the Buku Warung platform effectively.
Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their ongoing success.
Participate in company events and initiatives to promote the Buku Warung brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the food and grocery delivery industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel within Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu, as needed.
