Plus Moon Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Makassar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor store sales and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets.,Assist in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be willing to travel to different store locations.
