📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.
