📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
