📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet established standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.,Proficiency in quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
