TRACE Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with reservations and room assignments.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and waiting areas.,Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services.,Monitor and manage front desk operations, including guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.,Assist with the management of guest feedback and complaints, and work to resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a senior capacity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages, both written and spoken.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of hotel management software and systems is a plus.,Previous experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
