📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other staff members.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon timeline and budget.,Maintain excellent communication with clients to address any concerns or special requests.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.,Train and mentor junior banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.,Monitor and manage inventory levels for banquet supplies.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety standards.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
