📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth of our business in the Pontianak region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.,Participate in training and development programs to ensure our sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and service functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.,Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
