📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Promoting products and services to drive sales.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
  • Conducting regular store audits and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall store performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail sales software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
