Accor Unggul is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. This role is crucial in maintaining the hotel's operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the hotel facilities.,Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Inspect and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Manage and maintain the hotel's inventory of maintenance supplies.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.,Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any issues to the management.,Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.,Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successful maintenance management.,Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes.,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
