📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
  • Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor and manage the company's budget and financial performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team of accountants.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
