As a Junior HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct HR training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Support the HR team in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
