📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize supplier relationships and performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet our business needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track and analyze supplier performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using vendor management software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in the maritime and logistics sector.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
