As a Facilities Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Your daily tasks will involve conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to prevent downtime and ensure the safety of our guests and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to prevent downtime
• Ensure the safety and compliance of facilities with local regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement facility improvements and upgrades
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Provide technical support and training to staff on facility operations and safety procedures
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems (preferred)
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of facility management systems and software (e.g., CMMS, ERP)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Bali
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
