📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry recipes.
  • Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  • Ensuring high-quality products through proper ingredient selection and preparation.
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Assisting in stock control and inventory management.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in menu planning and development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Proven experience in baking and pastry making.
  • Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with local and international culinary standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
