📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing unit and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Support the Head Nurse in maintaining a clean and organized nursing unit.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Valid nursing license and certification.
