📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the senior management team to achieve store targets and sales goals.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
