You will work closely with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies and optimize payment processes using tools like SAP and QuickBooks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable records with bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize payment processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal control policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
