📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and specials.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Customer service orientation and a passion for providing excellent service.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
