📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the daily security operations and ensuring the safety of the facility, patients, and staff.
  • Managing and supervising security personnel to ensure effective security coverage.
  • Conducting regular security patrols to monitor and maintain the security of the premises.
  • Monitoring surveillance systems and responding to security incidents promptly.
  • Implementing and enforcing security measures to prevent unauthorized access and protect against potential threats.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive security approach.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed security logs and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all security regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing security personnel and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
  • Ability to make quick and sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • Valid security certification or license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technology.
