📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures is a plus.
