📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support the management team in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with mining industry HR practices is a plus.
