As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of and that the events run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up the venue, decorating, and serving food and beverages.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Assist in the cleaning and setup of the banquet area after each event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in banquet services.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and setup is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
